As Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Your job is to work closely with influencers and brands to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. You will provide technical support to influencers and brands with the goal to keep them satisfied with the Influentials software.
As a Customer Success Manager you are the primary point of contact and owner of a dedicated set of brand and influencers. They can always rely on you when it comes to advise on their marketing strategy, the development of their complete influencer campaign, and how to use the software. You surprise brands and influencers with your proactive approach on solving problems and help them to achieve their brand objectives. You take ownership for the implementation of the client strategy and analyze the client data in order to provide them the best advise.
You’re a great listener and with your devotion to quality that brings a perfect mix to achieve the best result for the client and Influentials. You know everything about the Influentials software and our influencer network, you like to stay on top of new trends and share your knowledge with brands and influencers. With your commercial drive and eye for business opportunities you make sure that brands like L’Oreal, Coolblue, Sony Music keep on loving our software and that they will renew their subscription.
